Meet the Owner

You won’t find Clarke behind his desks while others do the work. The entire Armour Mechanical team is out in the field every day making things right for our customers. Clarke McLean quality checks every job to make sure the work we do for you lives up to our high standards – and yours.

Owner – Clarke McLean

Clarke brings 32 years of trade experience to Armour Mechanical. He developed his skills and love of serving customers from his father, Al McLean, who owned and operated Bowman and McLean Mechanical for over 30 years in Guelph and surrounding area. Clarke was fortunate to work alongside his father for almost 16 years after graduating from college.

In that time, he learned the art of skilled troubleshooting of HVAC equipment including natural gas oven burner systems, which was a specialty of his dad’s business. Clarke witnessed firsthand how his dad treated and cared for his employees and customers, and the appreciation he showed to them in his honest and fair dealings. It’s the very same approach that Armour Mechanical employees and customers enjoy today on the job and throughout every project.
